Do you recognize the term ‘Rhetoric’? If not, why not?

Rhetoric is widely used in daily life; and, is an essential skill for you to have your say in society.
Rhetoric enables functioning diversity in human life by enriching the range and application of good communication and empowering us to constructively challenge poor or bad communication.

The adverts we see alongside the street; the political speeches we hear on TV or on Radio, and the Podcast Rants we stream on YouTube or Spotify are all forms of rhetoric.

In classical Greece, rhetoric was a structured system of teaching public speaking and written composition. However, it is just one meaning or function of rhetoric. Since the common definition of rhetoric is “the art of persuasion”, people can find it everywhere around them.
